Senior Product Manager

Own a product surface millions of people across the GCC use to run their homes.

Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. Picture a family in Dubai who needs their home cleaned before guests arrive that evening — and it just works, on time, every time. The product decisions behind that experience are what you’ll own.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who treats metrics as the scoreboard, who has shipped consumer software at scale, who has built AI into how they work, and who wants to build the most loved super app for home services in the region.

The Role

You will own the product end to end. Discovery, PRDs, backlog, prioritisation, launch, and the numbers that follow, all of it yours to run alongside engineering and design every day. You report to the Director of Product and you get real say over what we build and why.

The work spans every side of the marketplace. Clients booking and paying, professionals managing their availability and their jobs, and the internal teams who keep service moving. The journeys you could own sit across that whole picture: payments, availability, assignment, CRM, fulfilment, and the flows that tie them together.

This is not a role where you tend a backlog someone else fills. We want you killing weak ideas before they cost us anything, making the hard calls on what comes first, and owning the outcome rather than just the feature that shipped.

And we want you building the way the best teams now build, with AI doing real work at every step. We are pushing hard to become an AI native product team, and the person in this seat helps lead that shift rather than just keeping up with it.

Your Team

You will join a small, senior product group reporting to the Director of Product, alongside a tight set of PMs, engineers, and designers who ship quickly and decide with data. The product that got Justlife this far was built by a handful of people, so the room to shape both what we build and how we work is real, not a line in a job ad.

In your first week you will meet your engineering and design partners, get your hands on the part of the product you will own, dig into its numbers, and leave knowing the first metric you intend to move.

What You’ll Do in Your First 6 Months

• Move a real metric. Take one core area — funnel, matching, or payments — and shift a number that matters: conversion, GMV, rebooking, or payment success rate.
• Run a full discovery-to-launch cycle. Discovery, a real PRD, and a shipped release — with engineering and design alongside you.
• Own your scoreboard. Define, instrument, and report the metrics for your area, so the whole team can see what’s working.
• Ship something AI-driven. Lead at least one initiative where AI is at the centre of the solution, not bolted on.

• Discovery-led. We don’t build on hunches — we run discovery and write real PRDs.
• Metrics-obsessed. Every area has a scoreboard, and you own yours.
• Prototype-driven. We put things in front of people fast and iterate.
• AI-first. AI tooling is built into how we research, write, and ship — we treat it as craft, and we’re curious about where it goes next.
• Deeply cross-functional. You’ll work daily with engineering, design, CX and support ops, payments and finance, and supply and provider ops.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• You’ve owned a core consumer, mobile, or marketplace surface end to end — and moved a metric that mattered, not just shipped features.
• You’re strong on metrics and experimentation: you design tests, read the results, and act on them.
• You write real PRDs, run genuine discovery, and work directly and effectively with engineering and design.
• You’re data literate — comfortable with SQL or strong analytics fluency — and you’ve built AI into how you ship, not just into the product.

Nice-to-haves

• Marketplace experience — two-sided dynamics aren’t intuitive, and it shows.
• A startup or scale-up pace in your background.
