Take over a key role as a Quality and Operations Executive in the Business and Operations - KSA department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 


What we expect from you:

  • Coordinate with service provider teams to uphold quality standards through continuous training and retraining
  • Develop and monitor on-demand service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with Justlife’s procedures
  • Use tools to track performance metrics, implementing action plans for underperformers
  • Conduct area visits to engage with service providers, address challenges, and enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to address performance issues, implement training, and coordinate key initiatives
  • Execute communication strategies for updates, rewards, and bonuses
  • Lead special projects, updating training materials and ensuring clear communication across teams


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality and service role, preferably in the home service industry
  • Proficiency in Google and Excel Sheets (including basic formulas) and experience with on-demand service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Former experience with field operations
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of quality standards and experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Analytical thinker with sound business judgment and the ability to enforce compliance
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support performance improvement initiatives
