Take over a key role as an Operations Supervisor (Salon & Spa) in the Business Development department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Oversee daily operations of Salon & Spa DTC, ensuring timely service delivery and smooth crew execution
- Supervise and coordinate crew activities including shift attendance, van assignments, and performance management
- Resolve real-time operational issues such as no-shows, van delays, or last-minute booking gaps
- Conduct spot checks, site visits, and on-ground audits to ensure SOP adherence and service quality
- Track crew utilization, van usage, and absenteeism rates through daily logs and dashboards
- Collaborate with customer support to investigate and resolve service escalations and negative ratings
- Partner with training teams for new crew onboarding, evaluations, and performance refreshers
- Support crew grievance handling and escalate unresolved issues related to van, accommodation, or salary
- Ensure accuracy of daily shift rosters, absentee reports, and penalty logs for payroll validation
- Provide feedback to improve service quality, process bottlenecks, and zone-level performance
- Contribute to field insights during campaign planning, supply balancing, and territory expansion
- Communicate regularly with vans, crew, trainers, and internal teams to maintain operational flow
What we are looking for:
- 2–4 years experience in field operations, logistics, or service delivery roles
- Hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce such as drivers, cleaners, or technicians
- Strong coordination skills across scheduling, van allocation, and crew issue resolution
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools used in operational environments
- Availability to work early morning shifts and weekends as part of a flexible schedule
- Real-time problem-solving skills to handle live booking and crew issues under pressure
- Effective communication across field staff, support teams, and operations leadership
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage and execute tasks
- Basic data analysis capabilities such as pivot tables, filters, and lookups
- Experience in fast-paced startups or on-demand platforms (nice to have)
- Previous exposure to managing more than one zone or vertical (nice to have)
