What we expect from you:
- Responsible for managing the flow of work and optimize operational activities.
- Track and analyze various reports such as partner issues, operational failures, etc.,
- Confirm the ability and availability of order execution.
- Inform and educate partners for new process implementation and follow-up to ensure proper execution.
- Major coordinator between the Commercial team and the various business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process.
- Update the system with the relevant status changes and notify the client accordingly as per the company’s standard Service Level Agreement.
- Maintain good relations with key persons inside and outside the company.
- Ready to hustle in extreme situations and ready to take any challenge.
- Abide by the company’s rules and regulations and ensure compliance to KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Who we are looking for:
- Should be based in UAE and know UAE market.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- The drive and intellect for solving daily problems of our customers and partners.
- Preferably, someone with 3-5 years of experience in Contact center, early age start-ups Ops, business operations, and a history of high performance, will do well in these roles.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel, CRM, Ticketing software is a must.
- A team member who has the ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong internal and external customer service orientation with deep and broad expertise of the front-to-back customer experience and ability to describe things from a customer perspective.
