What we expect from you:
- Develop and implement training programs
- Conduct training sessions (theory and practical)
- Evaluate trainees' performance
- Maintain training and evaluation records
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the training programs remain relevant
- Collaborate/ work closely with leaders and other trainers to develop strategies to address training needs
- Provide ongoing support to department and cross-departmental projects/initiatives aimed at improving overall service quality
What we are looking for:
- Relevant education, certfication and licenses to practice as a beauty professional (Diploma/degree in cosmetology or related field)
- At least 3-5 years experience working in salon and spa industry preferably supervisory or technical training role
- Must be knowledgable about the latest trends and techniques in the industry
- Should be able to design and deliver technical evaluation and trainings for salon services (nails, hair, skin, waxing, massage, etc)
- Familiarity with Home Services Knowledge of Spa services
- Experience in male beauty services
- Familiarity with knowledge base programs, varied training formats (ex: audio and visual/ online trainings)
- Experience in launching new training programs or services from A-Z
