Take over a key role as an Account Manager (Healthcare) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Analyze daily partner and vertical performance metrics, ensuring service quality is maintained while addressing feedback and complaints to uphold high customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue prospective B2B clients, converting leads into long-term booking and sales partnerships
- Manage crew calendars, coordinate bookings, and oversee daily operations at the home healthcare facility center to ensure efficient service delivery
- Achieve operational excellence and address operational issues by ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist partners with day-to-day queries and ensure alignment across functions
- Contribute to and expand service offerings, aligning them with vertical standards by gathering and applying market insights
- Provide regular reports on growth, partner performance, and market trends to senior management, offering actionable insights to drive vertical and business development
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management and sales, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, insurance, or pharmacy sectors
- A proactive individual with strong personal leadership skills, capable of functioning independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with sound business judgment, demonstrated through analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- The ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving work environment
