Job Description:

We are looking for a People and Culture Partner to join our People and Culture team to work closely with our remote teams. People and Culture Partner will support the P&C team's strategy to attract, retain and develop talent and provide them with a great working experience. P&C Partner will assist multiple business functions (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence and P&C) and directly interact with the leaders and team members. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and excellent communication skills to effectively implement Justlife's People and Culture programs and processes in a remote work setting. 

As a P&C Partner, you should be a smart, driven, energetic and collaborative team player who wants to work in a people-oriented culture and play a key role in the future expansion of Justlife!

What we expect from you:

  • Take charge of the proper execution of Justlife's People and Culture programs and policies; through effective planning, operational excellence and trusted stakeholder management.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee life cycle, such as attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Partner with departments in searching, selecting, and onboarding our talents.
  • Coordinate performance review processes, career management, succession planning, reward & recognition processes.
  • Identify development needs and facilitate development through internal and external learning and development activities.
  • Have a proven track record and solid results in talent development including strategy, action plans, OKRs, KPIs, systems, and tools.
  • Support the People and Culture team with projects and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and overall employee experience to create high-performance teams in the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of HRBP experience 
  • Experience in technology or the internet industry, preferably in an international organization 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal & written English skills
  • Besides HRBP relevant experience within two or three key main HR processes (Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance and Talent Management)
  • Full competence across Microsoft office suite (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Experience in ATS, HRIS, HR reports and metrics, OKRs, performance appraisal systems, feedback systems and processes
  • Excellent relationship building and management across all levels of the organization, including top management.
  • A strong team player committed to taking on a systematic and agile way of thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritizing workload, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Being proactive, innovative, creative, and able to think outside of the box.
  • Having integrity and universal accountability.
