Take over a key role as a Personal Assistant to our co-founders, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
In this role, you will work directly with our co-founders in Dubai, expertly managing their complex calendars and enhancing productivity at the highest level.
What we expect from you:
Administrative Support
- Organize the co-founders’ calendars, balancing business and personal commitments
- Plan and manage all travel logistics for both business and family trips
- Handle emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations accurately and on time
Personal Assistance
- Primary contact for the co-founders’ families, handling personal appointments, school and family events
- Oversee home maintenance, contractor coordination, and ensure smooth household operations
- Coordinate car maintenance, repairs, registrations, and insurance renewals
- Manage personal finances, track expenses, handle invoices, and liaise with banks
- Utilize UAE connections to arrange services, secure bookings, and get things done efficiently
- Organize social events, managing everything from guest lists to entertainment
General Responsibilities
- Act as a gatekeeper, resolving issues proactively and efficiently
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy
- Assist in managing various business and personal projects, ensuring timely completion
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, with a focus on personal and family assistance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Excellent English proficiency; Arabic is a plus
- A robust UAE network
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel as needed
