Take over a key role as a People and Culture Generalist in the People and Culture department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
As the People and Culture Generalist at Justlife, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of hiring, onboarding, learning and development, team engagement, office management, and various people operations initiatives. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while gaining comprehensive exposure to all functions of the People and Culture department.
What we expect from you:
- Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling online and onsite interviews to ensure process optimization and a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders
- Provide preboarding support to new joiners by collecting the necessary information and documents to enable a smooth and successful start
- Oversee the company-wide cohort onboarding program while delivering an exceptional and engaging experience for new hires
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data across multiple HRIS platforms to ensure all team member records are kept up to date
- Support the execution of office policies to foster a positive and engaging workplace for our office-based teams
- Assist in the performance management and career development processes by consolidating qualitative and quantitative inputs to ensure smooth execution
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in people operations, people partnering, or coordination roles
- Basic understanding of UAE labor law is essential, with practical experience in the DMCC zone considered a significant advantage
- Former experience in hiring and onboarding support
- Previous experience using an HRIS tool in core modules
- Ability to work from the office up to 5 days a week
- Being tech-savvy and open to adopting new tools to optimize work processes
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, including Google Sheets, Slides, and Documents
- Full proficiency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
- A growth mindset and a proactive "can-do" attitude toward diverse tasks in a fast-growing organization
