Learning and Development Specialist (Customer Experience)

What we expect from you:

  • Facilitate new hires training and ensure new hires take on basic introductory training courses to function within their new role.
  • Administer and grade new hire performance and prepare action reports accordingly.
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and training to address performance or to upgrade skills.
  • Determine training needs based on business objectives and individual development requirements, design, delivery, and evaluation of training and learning alternatives.
  • Deliver successfully qualified team members to the production floor.
  • Conduct continuous refreshment training sessions for current team members to enhance their performance and customer service attitude.
  • Maintain updated records of training curricula and material by controlling and managing all training materials and making sure that all versions are controlled, dated and designed in line with correct templates and company document control procedures.
  • Attend meetings with internal and external contacts to confirm requirements and actions.
  • Track and Report Training Success by conducting surveys and evaluations to ensure training materials are effective and that trainees are retaining the information.
  • Complete all relevant reporting on the outcome of the training to include daily attendance, test scores and post training assessment.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree is a must.
  • 2 Year experience as a trainer in the customer service field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS applications.
  • Excellent presentation skills in small or big groups “face to face and virtual”.
  • Full understanding of training needs analysis and ADDIE module.
  • Resolves conflict in positive ways.
  • Gives and seeks feedback that will increase the productivity of relationships.
  • Flexible with working hours and rotational shifts.
